After you have reported a missed bin collection - what happens next
When you have reported a missed collection, you must leave the bin at the kerbside in its usual position.
If the bin is not at the kerbside when the crew returns, you will need to wait until your next scheduled collection day. No extra waste will be collected.
Our vehicles have a live reporting system. This allows crews to report issues like bins with the wrong items, bins not put out correctly, or access problems.
These issues will be checked before arranging a re-collection. If an issue is recorded, the crew will not return.
