Description

Creating Tomorrow College (CTC) is an independent specialist college that offers post-18 study programmes to support students with special educational needs transition into adulthood, with a particular focus on gaining and sustaining employment.

Students will be supported by an Education and Health Care Plan and have a primary diagnosis of Cognition and Learning, Communication and Interaction or Physical Difficulties.

Creating Tomorrow College study programmes are delivered 5 days a week.

Two programmes are currently on offer from this campus:

Pathway to Employment

This two year study programme aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills and character that will empower each individual to pursue a career in their chosen area.

The programme is a mix of class based learning and a substantial, unrivalled input of practical experience of the world of work.

The programme is flexible and personalized to meet the needs and aspirations of the young person.

Supported Internships

Creating Tomorrow College Supported Internship programme is delivered on a 5 day a week basis.

Interns will be based in the chosen workplace for the duration of the programme, supported by a CTC Job Coach.

Education is delivered on site and workplace mentors are trained to effectively support the intern as a final step of transitioning into the working world beyond education.
