Northamptonshire Trampoline Gymnastics Academy - Special Needs Sessions

Northamptonshire Trampoline Gymnastics Academy provides a safe, friendly environment with professional coaches to help you learn.

Gymnastics can be adapted to be inclusive for everyone, regardless of ability. NTGA has one of the largest weekly programmes for people with additional needs to access classes in the UK. With specialist equipment and coaching methods everyone is able to participate safely and enjoy the benefits. They have long-standing links with many local disability organisations. They welcome many local schools and SEN units, along with individuals who prefer private, one-to-one classes in a quieter environment.

NTGA provide sunken Olympic sized trampolines surrounded by a fully matted area. Benefits of the Ability Zone including relaxation, fun, enjoyment, increase in exercise tolerance, muscle tone management, increase in coordination, confidence and a sense of achievement.
