Description
Speech and Language Link help schools to support children with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN). They do this by providing evidence based interventions, standardised screening assessments and training in the use of these tools. Everything is designed by a speech and language therapy team and backed up by the specialist help desk.
They can work with individual schools, MATs, Local Authorities and NHS Speech and Language Therapy teams.
Speech and Language Link’s aim is for all schools to have access to up-to-date SLCN information and resources for staff and families.
In addition, they offer SLCN information and advice via a termly magazine ‘The Link’, a monthly newsletter, blog-posts and termly staff training webinars. See their Parent Portal
