You may feel unhappy with the outcome of stage 2.
You can make a complaint to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.
If your complaint is about Council housing, make a complaint to the Housing Ombudsman.
They will investigate if your complaint has been through our complaints process first.
They may find a problem with something we have done.
They can order us to put things right.
Sometimes, they can order us to pay money to you.
This is to acknowledge the complaint and any hurt caused.
