Reopening of Northampton Market Square
Northampton Market will return to the historic Market Square from Friday 20 September, following the area undergoing extensive regeneration to provide a renewed space for residents, businesses, and traders.

Market features
We are delighted to be welcoming new and existing traders to the renewed market where residents will be able to find:

- creative space
- delicatessen offering locally made produce

- fresh fruit and vegetables
- key cutting and watch repairs
- leather goods
- nail salon
- small electricals sales and repairs
- takeaway food
As part of the extensive refurbishment, traders will have bespoke, fixed stalls as well as pop up stalls. These modern fixed stalls benefit from electric, water and lighting, and are customised to meet the needs of traders and provide a safe and secure place to store goods.
The wider Market Square will be enhanced by the new shoe-inspired water feature, dedicated events space and improved landscaping.
