Flood investigation reports (Section 19s)
Under the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, one of the roles of West Northamptonshire Council as Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA) is to carry out investigations into flooding incidents if they meet set thresholds.
Investigations take place after the flood event has passed and the flood water has receded. If you are experiencing a flooding emergency, you should focus on the safety of yourself and your family. Dial 999 or 112 if it is an emergency and you or someone else is in danger.
