Exclusions
All schools have been asked to supply the details of one main contact person as a user for their school.
Instructions are sent to the school’s main contact person to enable them to manage their school's access to the new portal to allow them to add additional users and record exclusions for their school.
If your school already has an account, but you have not been given access, please liaise with relevant colleagues in your school as they will be able to create an account for you.
If you don't have a user account
If your school does not have a user account for the Capita ONE Exclusions Portal, please submit a request on Let's Go Direct giving the following details for the main exclusions contact person:
- forename
- surname
- email address (this must be for your school’s domain)
- school DFE number
