When to report a missed bin collection
We have different bin collection lorries for each type of waste. Please allow time for each of them to arrive.
Please do not report a missed bin until after 7:30pm, and make sure it is within 2 working days of your collection day.
The bin collection lorries may need to leave and empty once they become full. They will return and continue their collection after emptying.
If you report a missed bin after 2 working days, it will not be collected.
