Everyone is welcome to have a look around the Hub and provide feedback on the services they would like to see. Meet the team and partners that will be delivering services. There will be activities for all ages, allowing families to get a taste of what the Hub offers.
Family Hubs will offer a safe and welcoming space and central point of access for all families with children aged 0 to 19 years (or 25 years for a young person with a special educational need or disability).
At their heart, Family Hubs are about bringing everything together to help families get the right information and help when they need it, giving babies a great start for life and through to adolescence.
From April 2025, Strong Start will join the Family Hubs team. They will continue to provide early years support for local families. Find out more about Strong Start joining Family Hubs.
