Safe sleeping
Cot death, also known as sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), is a common worry for new parents. Cot death is rare, about 200 cases occur a year in the UK, and usually happens in the first 6 months. There are no definite known causes for it but experts agree that there are some factors which may contribute to cot death. This video explains some measures you can put in place to minimise the risk.
