Training cancellation policy

Online training courses

• Online training provision is non-refundable once booked

Taught training courses

• Over 7 days prior to the course date, a full refund will be given
• Less than 7 days prior to the course date and for non-attendance, no refund will be given
• If on the day you cannot attend please contact us and we may, at our discretion allow you to transfer to the next course
• If we cancel the course, a full refund will be provided or a transfer to another course offered - we reserve the right to cancel the course if there are less than 6 delegates in attendance
• Refunds will be issued within 10 working days from date of cancellation

Lateness

• If you arrive beyond the scheduled start time it will be up to the tutors discretion as to whether join

Re-sits

Any delegate unsuccessful in an exam may arrange a re-sit. Please note there will be a charge for this.
