How you can eat well

What you eat is important for your health.

How much or how little you eat is also important.

Eating well means having lots of different foods in the right amounts.

Try to eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day.

Choose more wholegrain or higher fibre options.

Swap red and processed meats for poultry, fish, beans and pulses.
