Homes for Ukraine - children applying for a school place

In-year school places

Sponsors hosting a family which has children who need in-year school places, should advise parents to make an in-year application.

If the child is in Year 6 now, an application should be made for an in-year school place in a primary school. In addition, they will need to apply for a Year 7 place at a secondary school in September 2024.

Reception places

If the child requires a place in Reception from September 2024, please apply for a primary school place.
