Landlord has asked you to leave
- Your landlord must follow the correct legal process before making you leave. The process depends on the type of tenancy you have. If you need to work out the type of tenancy you have, you can use Shelter’s Tenancy Checker
- If you have been given notice by your landlord, you can check if it’s legally valid
- If your landlord tries to make you leave without following this process, this may be considered harassment or illegal eviction
