My housing application has been closed
Application has been closed as information has not been provided
If you have submitted your housing application and you have not provided the required documents, you will receive a letter to let you know that your housing application has been closed as it was incomplete. It is your responsibility to provide the required documents within 28 days of submitting a housing application.
The closing of your housing application due to incomplete information does not mean you do not qualify and is not a decision on your housing application. It just means you need to start again and submit a fully completed application to allow us to complete the housing assessment.
