Action for Children (holiday clubs)
The Action for Children clubs are for young people, aged 5 to 7 years old with a disability. Unaccompanied children aged 5 to 8 can attend for up to 2 hours at the holiday clubs.
Children eligible for the clubs will have a range of needs including learning disabilities or autism. Sessions includes games, crafts, messy play, outdoor play, sensory play, trips and other activities.
The Action for Children club gives:
- the opportunity to relax and have fun
- the chance to learn, try new activities
- the chance to build confidence and independence
- assurance for parents that children are taking part in positive and enjoyable activities to grow and develop
- the opportunity to socialise and make new friends

One of the Action for Children team will contact you to arrange a home visit and invite you to visit one of the groups.
