Sexual health support
NISH offers support and advice about physical sexual health concerns.
You can use their service if you are over the age of 25.
You can contact the NISH service on 0300 027 0110.
Screening
Cervical screening is offered to women and people with a cervix aged 25 to 64 years.
It is also known as a smear test.
You will be invited by letter to attend a routine appointment by your GP.
If you could not go to your last appointment, contact your GP.
They will give you further information.

National sexual health helpline
Call this free service on 0300 123 7123.
You can call from Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm.
Your call will be treated with sensitivity and in strict confidence.
The Switchboard LGBT+ Helpline
This helpline has information, support and referral services.
It is for lesbians, gay men and bisexual people.
It is also for people who are transgender or exploring their gender identity.
It is free to call on 0800 0119 100 from 10am to 10pm every day.
