Find your nearest Wellbeing Service community venue

We have created a map to show the venues across West Northamptonshire where you could meet your Wellbeing Advisor, depending on venue availability.

Appointments take place on a weekly or fortnightly basis, dependent on customer preference. They are approximately one hour, and can either be at one of our community venues, or as a Walk and Talk appointment.

Typically, the first two and final appointments will take place face-to-face, so assessments can be completed. We can also offer telephone appointments and home visits based on set criteria.
