Meet the Wellbeing Service team
Management
Charlotte G (Service Manager)
"I have over 30 years of experience working in various care roles within both the NHS and local authority. My motivation comes from witnessing the positive transformations people can achieve when they are supported and empowered to reach their best quality of life, feeling happier and more content.
I am immensely proud of the Wellbeing Service, as our entire team shares the same commitment to helping everyone who comes through our service achieve these goals."
Lizzie (Team Leader - Rural)
"I have dedicated the last 15 years to helping others access and utilise the help and support they need to live a healthy and fulfilled life, with experience in schools and hospitals, the private and voluntary sectors, and now with WNC.
I am very fortunate to work alongside an incredible team who are just as committed as I am, to empowering and encouraging people within our communities to achieve the best quality of life.
It is so rewarding to be a witness to the transformative impact we have on our customers, on a daily basis. The Wellbeing Service is going from strength to strength, responding to the changing needs of society, and I feel very lucky and hopeful, being a part of that journey."
Natalia (Team Leader - Central)
"My previous career in the Royal Navy has enabled me to be exposed to difficult and challenging situations across the world. My experiences has led me to be committed to making a difference.
Having the opportunity to impact communities and change other people’s lives is what is important to me, while leading my team of advisors. We are a passionate team to empower change, and we will support you in your journey."
Michael (Team Leader - Central)
"My previous career in Social Care and Health has given me the opportunity to support people in various capacities, shaping my current role as a Wellbeing Coordinator. In this role, I am committed to driving forward services that are fit for purpose and the future—ensuring they are needs-led and person-centred.
I am proud to be part of an incredible Wellbeing Service team, where our collective experience, skills, and shared ambition enable us to enhance the lives of those we support. Our focus is on empowering individuals to take greater control over decisions about their lives, particularly their health and wellbeing.
By ensuring people are well-informed, valued, respected, and actively involved in decision-making, we help people lead more independent and fulfilling lives."
Helen (Team Leader - Central)
"Having worked with the council since 2016 I have seen many changes. The Wellbeing Service is now the strongest it has been – supporting people of West Northamptonshire to increase or maintain their independence.
As a Team Leader I am responsible for identifying areas we can improve the support we offer and celebrate what we do well. I think this is offering support at a Walk and Talk in a beautiful country park or the corner shop to get a pint of milk. "
Tiffany (Team Leader - Rural)
"Coming from a psychological background, I have always wanted to be in a role where I can help people. As Wellbeing Coordinator for the rural, I take pride in supporting my team to deliver a fantastic Wellbeing Service to people in the community.
As a former Wellbeing Advisor, I take pleasure in sharing my knowledge and experiences of this role. I am keen to motivate and empower my team to network and promote the Wellbeing Service, to ensure we are reaching as many people as possible in West Northamptonshire who may need support.
I am passionate about ensuring the team have all their training needs in place and exploring new training packages to equip the advisors in their role. I enjoy using and supporting the team to use evidence-based assessment tools, in a person-centred way to improve an individual’s wellbeing.
I love my job and am extremely proud to be part of such an amazing team!"
