Support for people sleeping rough
If you are worried about someone who may be sleeping rough, or you are sleeping rough
If you are worried about someone who may be sleeping rough, or you are sleeping rough, you can let us know by using Street Link.
This is a national service that informs local authorities about people sleeping rough in their area and helps to connect people to local services and support. Reports of people in West Northants come through to our Outreach team.
You can also email our Outreach team at [email protected].
If you have the app What Three Words, you can email the location this gives you to let us know where we might find someone.

Streets of Change: Supporting Northampton’s homeless community
Our Streets of Change documentary, created by One to One Development Trust, follows the real-life stories of people who have experienced rough sleeping.
It shows the challenges that have led them to homelessness including addiction, bereavement, health issues and financial difficulties. It also highlights how our Outreach Team and local services work together to support people experiencing homelessness and addiction, helping them move towards recovery.
